Experiencing freedom – clarifying relationships

Both the positive and negative experiences that we have had in life impact us to this day. Our family of origin is often the place where we learn about the world, life, ourselves and how to relate with others. These things shape us well into adulthood. Emotional hurt or deficits originating from childhood can influence our thoughts, feelings and actions throughout our lives and prevent us from attaining inner freedom.

You will be accompanied by pastoral care counsellors as you embark on your path to inner healing from past hurts. You have space and time for personal reflection and prayer in order to discover connections between the past and the present. You will be provided with the opportunity to experience how God offers you a renewed and transformed perspective on life within a safe setting.

Topics:
– How we perceive God the Father
– Forgiveness
– Bitter roots
– Inner vows
– Hearts of stone
– Needs

Target Group:
Adults

Structure of the seminar:
– Insights on core relationship-related pastoral counselling topics, such as dealing with needs, beliefs, forgiveness and the influence of the family of origin
– A small group for sharing and counselling within a safe setting
– Guidance and support if steps towards change are desired (e.g., through prayer)

This following information is important to us for your participation:
– That you are mentally stable enough to be able to deal with the topics
